Beam Suntory is welcoming us into their offices for breakfast, refreshments, cocktails, and media day. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the space weather you’re taking part in the media day or not. If you are part of the media day please keep an eye on your schedule for your photo shoot. Otherwise you are all welcome to come over to the offices at your leisure after checking out of the hotel.

Please be aware that they are hosting us while the offices are open for normal business. We want to be respectful walking through the space (but may also get some tasty treats and sneak peeks depending on who’s around).

You will receive an email with a QR code to access the property. When you arrive you’ll need to see the security desk to your left when you enter. This is the island security desk. They will scan your QR for access. Once scanned in you’ll go through elevator bank C and proceed to the 12th floor. When you come off the elevators you’ll head to the Founders Reserve bar in their offices.

You are welcome to bring your luggage to the office and enjoy the space until you need to travel or want to explore.
